Thick rice noodles bowl, topped with homemade char siu pork, chicken sping rolls, green salad, pickled carrot & daikon, spring onion oil, dressed with creamy coconut sauce and sweet fish sauce.

Criss-crossed with hundreds of waterways, home of the floating markets, for generations, the Mekong River is where life has evolved in Southwestern Vietnam.
